Treatment was good. The lady running the machine was great. Front desk needs to learn customer service skills. It was like pulling teeth to get any info from her, she was on her phone and actually walked off while I was still talking...

First 2 times I went the lady working the front desk was impersonal or something.
It was my first time doing whole body cryo therapy, she didn't explain anything until I asked after she told me to get ready in room #1, I'm just glad I had instructions in the room on the wall cuz u have to keep your underwear on. Lol
The 3rd session was way better very nice women working that day! Thursdays :)
