Q:

During the initial two-month period, will the trainers customize a weight training regime for each patron and show them how to use the weight machines?

A:

Each workout is designed on the spot. You train with different trainers each time. Each trainer specializes in different styles of training as well. All of our trainers are taught to go by the science of training to enhance recovery. Trainer will show you every exercise and correct your form if you start doing the movement wrong

Q:

Do your classes ever exceed the maximum occupancy which require you to turn members away for a session? Also, after the 2 month special, your groupon states a reduced rate of $80/month. Does this require a contract membership for a term or does the membership continue month-to-month? Could you continue your membership with the $10/session as advertised on your website?

Melinda F.  asked on  Aug 23, 2012

A:

We don't hit maximum occupancy, we just add more trainers to counter the amount of people. The membership is month to month afterw do not ask anyone to sign a term agreement. After the two month is up you may choose to pick or $10/seesion option which is a minimum of 5 sessions. The discounted groupon rate however is a much better deal because it is unlimited training for the $80

Q:

How many people are usually included in a training session, and are individuals categorized by fitness level?

Sarah  asked on  Aug 23, 2012

A:

The trainers typically work with larger amounts of people. There are numerous trainers on the floor at once. Each trainer still makes the session personal by training specific muscle groups and giving alternatives. Each person in the group will be doing a different exersice or the same. Each trainer has a different style of training as well. Fitness levels will vary in each group,so 3 levels of alternatives will be given per movement unless the trainer feels its not necessary. We stress communication between the client and trainer if an exercise makes the client feel uncomfortable in any way
