Without goals, no one would unicycle the Appalachian Trail or train a flock of carrier pigeons to deliver meat pies to unsuspecting haberdashers. Achieve myriad goals with a fitness trainer's expertise and motivation with this Groupon.
$25 for Two Months of Unlimited Personal-Training Sessions and Waived Enrollment Fee ($259.95 Value)
During initial training sessions, nutritional handouts are provided with guidelines for healthful eating to complement training routines. A complimentary consultation follows those two weeks, during which trainers perform nutrition and body-fat analyses. With this information in hand, the trainers develop custom programs for each exerciser, moving toward fitness goals such as muscle gain, weight loss, or overall health improvement.
All training sessions start on the hour. The first session may only be redeemed starting at 9 a.m. at the earliest. Follow-up sessions may be scheduled earlier if desired. If clients choose to extend memberships beyond two months, each month will be discounted to $85 from the normal $100.
Results Personal Training
Because Results Personal Training is all about results, the friendly staff places a marked emphasis on education. They motivate patrons toward their fitness goals with a combination of nutritional counseling and personal training. Their teaching is customized to tend to any fitness goal, from losing fat and gaining muscle to rebuilding cores toppled by swallowed cherry bombs. The trainers zero in on even the slightest error in technique to foster safe movement, and will even pinpoint the proper weight clients should use for each workout.
Instead of requiring patrons to schedule appointments, Results welcomes guests to attend training at the start of every hour, on the hour, when the gym is open. Because they never know how many clients may arrive at each hour, some trainers may work with multiple clients at a time, but they always attentively oversee each patron as they perform their exercises or barbell-microphone renditions of “Eye of the Tiger.”
