I was very happy with the service, and the machine that is being used really good. It is a real laser and not just IPL.

I started seeing Di this summer for laser hair removal and I am extremely pleased with the service she provides – she is really awesome at what she does! When we met for my initial appointment she completed a very thorough consultation to ensure that I was a good candidate for the treatment, explained how the laser works and its features (the cooling feature it has is lovely, although the treatment itself is virtually pain-free, so I very rarely need it), how to care for my skin after the treatment and any products I should avoid over the course of my treatment. I really appreciated the time she took to discuss the procedure with me and answer any questions I had. I initially purchased a package of 3 sessions but after I had used those up, I was so satisfied with the results I was getting, I ended up purchasing 6 additional sessions and decided to start treatment on another area. Di is very kind, patient and makes sure that you feel comfortable throughout the session. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who was looking to have laser hair removal done. Di’s room that she works out of is very clean, sanitary and I feel completely confident and comfortable in having these treatments done with her, despite the ongoing pandemic.
