Hi Amanda, A healthy weight loss is 2-3 pounds a week (3+ pounds shifts into unhealthy - the weight lost here would be more muscle than fat). The average weight loss partipants report is around 10 pounds. Many lose a full dress size and most report leaning out quite a bit. The plan is anti-inflammatory and encourages metabolism to speed a bit. This is a great combination for both short tem and long term weight loss. I hope to see you in the program!
