I was mediocre. Why? First the positive! The burgers and the beers were good!. The bad, the nachos were awful, looked like they we're fried like 5 times. The chicken? Hard to say bc there was almost no chicken in the plate. The fries? The same! I'm pretty sure those were fried like 3 times. Less than average experience. Won't go back.

Enjoyed our dining experience. The burgers and waffle sweet potato fries were delicious and the service was very good. Looking forward to going back.

About Reverie

When it's not busy being the name of a restaurant, the word reverie refers to moments spent lost in a daydream. The concept of Reverie—a restaurant in River North—seems like a daydream, too, blending the realms of sports viewing and fine dining into a single, cohesive experience. Teamed up with some of the city's most well-known sportscasters, chef Rodelio Aglibot makes the fusion a seamless one.

American and Asian influences pop up all over Chef Aglibot's menu, which ranges from burgers to sushi. The small plates are game day favorites: the nacho fries with queso blanco and roasted tomato salsa, for instance, are perfect for munching or scooping out of a foam finger during a tailgate. The menu's lighter plates include shredded kale salad with radicchio and dates, and its main dishes include Hawaiian-style chicken marinated in pineapple. As guests dig into Chef Aglibot's creations, Reverie's TVs beams games across its rustic, wood-heavy layout.
