About Revolution Fitness
Stephanie Moore was feeling a little down on the day she discovered spinning class. Though she’d walked into class feeling overwhelmed by the entertainment business, she left feeling energetic and refreshed, entranced by the cycling-induced rush she'd just experienced. So in 1996, like a 3-D projection of space shuttle launch, she leapt off the silver screen to open her very own indoor cycling studio, Revolution Fitness.
Now, Stephanie relies upon the talents of dozens of trainers to host a variety of daily classes at her two studio locations, which have since grown to include more than just cycling. The multi-classroom facilities encourage total-body wellness with indoor, teamwork-oriented rowing exercise, ballet-based core workouts, and music-fueled yoga sessions such as Funky Soul Friday, during which students can train their inner spirits on how to properly start a love train.
