The Russian-kettlebell-certified instructors at Revolution Fitness use their fitness expertise to shape physiques into leaner, firmer versions of former selves. Each sweat session combines cardio and strength conditioning to elevate heart rates and move bodies into a fat-loss zone in which they can burn hundreds of calories without attracting s’mores-toting campers. The classes will introduce clients to some of the top kettlebell exercises, including the Swing, Turkish Get Up, and Goblet Squat.
