Q:

Are all the Beginning Parkour classes listed on the schedule are open to adults?

L. D.  asked on  May 5, 2013

A:

Yes, all Beginner Parkour classes are for adults. The 4pm classes do tend to be a younger group which is why we offer the adult only classes.

Q:

I have two kids who both want to do this...can I use 2 coupons, or use the coupon for both? They are 10 and 13 years old. Thanks.

Elisa B.  asked on  May 2, 2013

A:

Hi Elisa, You can do either. If you use the coupon for both you could find two other friends that would like to take classes too.

Q:

Could my daughter and I take a beginner class together (she is 10 and I am, well, older :)). Thanks!

Elizabeth L.  asked on  May 1, 2013

A:

Hi Elizabeth, Absolutely! Our oldest student was in their 70's. It isn't about age as much as it is about going at your own pace. Everyone progresses differently and our professional instructors are very aware of this. Older students have been overcoming obstacles for longer so they tend to grasp the idea very quickly...the instructors will help you with the techniques.

Q:

Hi I'm a 32 male with average body shape, would like learn and develop my skills, what is the difference between the beginner classes in Parkour and Free running and would the Groupon help me in attending both of them ? or should I attend only 4 classes in Beginner Parkour? best,

Ahmed T.  asked on  May 1, 2013

A:

Hi Ahmed, Great question! Our Beginner Parkour class is an entry level class where you receive instruction on useful movements. Beginner Freerunning, although beginner, is a level 2 class where students start to learn flips and less useful information. Start with parkour.

Q:

Hi! I have a 7 and 9 year old boy who have been fascinated by Parcours for a while now. I was wondering if we could sign up as a family to do the "1 class for 4" option? Thanks for letting me know!

Noemie Y.  asked on  May 1, 2013

A:

Hi Noemie, You may sign up as a family to do the 1 class for 4 option and if someone can't make it you can always bring a friend.
