In Heart Of Honolulu-Kalihi, between Honolulu International Airport and Waikiki Beach, rests Royal Hawaii Spirits Micro Distillery, or RHS for short. There, founder and Master Distiller Karel Kon passionately crafts tropical fruit spirits and liqueurs while also answering his guests’ questions about his work and recipes as they taste a little “Aloha” from his unique small batch crafted alcohol beverage products. The distillery offers tours that include a five-minute walk through the micro distillery as well as 20 minutes of liquor and spirit tasting of the customer’s choice. Guests can sample over 40 adult beverages including best sellers such as Lilikoi Liqueur, Ginger Honey Cordial, and Kona Coffee Vodka along with a wealth of other options. Meanwhile, RHS Distillery also offers custom made batches for the public, perfect for wedding or birthday parties or restaurants & bars.
