We can offer more respect and opitions for our clients. We also take care of the cleaning after the job is done.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After [training for] many years, I decided to be on my own to help more people and also give one great price to show the people in New England [that I] can make good changes in their houses or offices without the scare of [what] the cost will be.

What do you love most about your job?
Making big changes for each family I visit and giving them more happiness. Making people happy is what I love most.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One time in Cape Cod, one veteren from the Second World War told me, "Carlos, I have been with this floor since my wife died. After that, I couldn't find the courage to change the way she left this place. But with you, I can just imagine how happy she is right now to see your job." He cried and hugged me.
