Ric's Grill

The chefs in Victoria, as well as throughout Canada, are dedicated to serving only the best-quality meats. They start by selecting Sterling Silver beef, chosen from the top 12 per cent of Canadian-raised beef as graded upon factors such as marbling, colour, and texture. Steaks are aged at least 21 days, deepening the flavour and enhancing tenderness before trimming each steak by hand. Equal attention is given to wild, Ocean Wise seafood (certified by the Vancouver Aquarium for sustainability), from peeling the shells off plump shrimp to slicing fillets from whole salmon. A variety of sauces and condiments complement proteins, all of which are made from scratch, as are the soups and desserts. This unwavering insistence on quality—serving a Wine Spectator-recognized wine list—has propelled Ric's Grill to become one of the largest family-owned chophouse chains in North America, picking up numerous awards along the way.

This is a top box score restaurant. Didn't realize that they were in the location. All of the service staff were friendly, professional, and made the evening very special as we had a leisurely meal... took two and half hours... we wanted it that way.... Thanks for a memorable evening. We will be back!!!
