Q:

Is this groupon available to use immediately or what date does it start?

Julia M.  asked on  Dec 1, 2012

A:

Fortunately, you can use most Groupons on the same day you purchase them. However, we do occasionally have to wait to provide the business with their complete list of purchasers, which can mean you won't be able to redeem right away. If that's the case, the delay will be listed in the Fine Print and we'll remind you when you print your voucher. I hope that helps! Please let us know if you need anything else.

Q:

I realize its a prix fixe menu but the groupon does say a "12 ounce rib eye". Is it included? Or was that an error?

Michelle  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Hi Michelle, while Ric's offers a delicious rib-eye on their regular menu, for this Groupon feature there is a special prix fixe menu with options you can select from but does not include the rib-eye. Hope this helps!

Q:

Can the items on the menu be modified or adjusted to allow for gluten free options?

Alyson B.  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Hi Alyson, Ric's Grill can definitely accomodate celiac and gluten-free dietary needs within this Groupon special. Just please let your server know at the beginning of the meal, and he/she will make sure to show you the options that are gluten-free and alert the kitchen for preparation. Hope that helps!
