Each instructor is unique. The music is fresh, and workouts are constantly updated and always challenging. We offer three unique yoga formats designed to complement your cycling workouts as well. The feeling you get after a great workout is addictive. The hour will fly by, and you will never be bored.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
Our philosophy is to create an environment that welcomes people of all fitness levels. Whether you've never been on a bike/yoga mat or are a super-star athlete/yogi, you are welcome and will get a great workout.
What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
Cycling: A typical class is 50–60 minutes of killer cardio set to fun music. You will sweat, you will push yourself, and you will love it. Yoga: We have 3 formats to cover your yoga basics, you can sweat, strengthen, stretch and restore.
