They were impossible to reach for a two week time span leading up to our trip which was stressful for me as the person planning a large group trip to their business. I had to complain to Groupon Support so that they would call them and make them call me back. I suspected that they were trying to avoid us in favour of customers that would pay them in full. That may or may not be true, however they were very nice people when we were there, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
