Q:

So why doesn't this holiday deal include the amphibious part of their usual tour - isn't this the main draw for riding the ducks? Seems to me that without the water experience one might as well board a double decker bus, a carriage, or ride in a limo!

A:

Holiday Duck Tours are a new tour product that Ride the Ducks started a few years ago! It's a totally different product from our Original Land and Water Tours. Holiday Duck Tours are a 40-minute land-only urban sleigh ride on wheels! It tours through Seattle's Downtown and the wacky Captains talk about everything holiday-related going on in the city.

Q:

Hello! Is there space for 4 adults (will buy 2 sets of 2 groupons) with 3 kids (5-12 years) desire to take the Holiday Tour on December 19th at 6pm. The 19th is the only day we can go. Our first choice is the 6pm. We could do the 6:30 if need be.

Marjorie T.  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Right now, there are spaces available on the 19th at 6pm or 6:30pm, but we can't guarantee that they will still be available after you purchase and send in your request for reservation. We're doing our best to keep up on the reservations and are (right now) able to accomodate everyone's first choice.

The times I can bring my kids is limited--may I be sure of a reservation day before I purchase the group on tickets?

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee availability right now without your reservation email with your Groupon information. We are working hard to ensure that all reservation requests are met and so far, we're doing great!

If there is availabilty, we'd be happy to book you and your cousin together. Right now, there is availability. You'll want to add your cousin's Ride the Ducks confirmation information to your email when you want to reserve the seats.

Q:

Hi,We are 3 adults and 2 kids how should I pay for that?

Mitra K.  asked on  Nov 28, 2012

A:

The cheapest way for you to do that is to purchase two Groupon vouchers and then when you email in your request, let us know that you have an additional child. We'll give you a call for payment on the child ticket.
