I tailor the training to the individual. I have coached beginners; many professional fighters including World Champions Dany Bill of France, Jorgen Kruth and Rickard Nordstrom of Sweden. I specialize in weight Loss, conditioning Muay Thai Kick Boxing /Boxing, fight training and striking for mma.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have a love for the sports of Muay Thai and Boxing, and I get thrill each time I am able to help a person improve their lives through sport and see them build their confidence in themselves. Also the camaraderie is great!
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people affect their lives by achieving their fitness goals. Also that moment when you see students starting to put together the techniques that you've taught them.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When one of my students told me that our sessions were one of the best things in their life and that the gym was a sanctuary in the middle of the city.
