Here at CrossFit Wynkoop it does not matter if you are a seasoned athlete, regularly active, workout on and off, or have never stepped foot in a gym – we created these workouts with YOU in mind to help improve your strength, conditioning, and personal goals.
On-ramp classes will introduce new members to the foundation movements, helps with the understanding of how to do the movements correctly and safely, where equipment is located, and how to score each workout. Once members have completed the On-ramp classes, they can attend regular class times which are offered more frequently throughout the week.
