I give them 5 stars because my movers were extremely nice and professional. I felt comfortable to give them free rein and I was in my apartment the entire time. There was a bit of a hiccup in the beginning with sending payment (you have to do an ACH transfer to pay them btw) but Delvin was diligent in helping to resolve my issue. Everyone was patient even when I got frustrated. So far, there are no broken/missing items, and everything stated in the contract was true. I would recommend!
