More Questions and Answers

Q:

If I'm seeing a 9:00 show what time should I arrive?

Denise D.  asked on  Aug 23, 2013

A:

You may want to arrive a little early, but there is not a specific amount of time you need to be there in advance. You'll need to redeem your Groupon online to get your physical ticket. Redemption instructions will be listed on your Groupon voucher, which can be found in the "My Groupons" section of your account after you make the purchase.

Q:

I was just on the "Rise-Of-Jack" website and saw they are offering 50 percent discount codes to everyone. Is there an advantage to buying through Groupon when the event website offers the same discount?

DONNA L.  asked on  Aug 22, 2013

A:

Sorry for any confusion. It is never our intention to mislead anyone about the value of a Groupon.
The value and discount percentage listed on each deal reflect the regular full price for that product or service. If the business offers other temporary discounts or decides to change their standard pricing after their deal is featured, the relative savings and value might change.
Unfortunately, we cannot foresee or control these changes. That said, we work very hard to make sure that the deals we feature are the best in town.
I hope this helps to clarify the situation, and we appreciate your continued support.

Q:

On the groupon full site it says "expiration varies " but in the email I got the expiration date for this groupon says 10-4-13 which is the first date in the list of available dates and times to use it. Please clarify. Thank you

Michelle S.  asked on  Aug 21, 2013

A:

Normally, you can find this information in the Fine Print section under the image on the deal page or next to the Groupon in your account if you have already purchased it. If the deal says "Expiration Varies" simply click on the BUY button and you will see each option listed with its respective expiration date. Hope that helps!

It says "Expiration varies" and also "expires Oct 4". However the START dates are only Oct 4. I'd like to buy tickets but can not go on oct 4. Can you please explain why there is no set expiration date AFTER the start date?

Q:

Is the JackO'Lantern Trail wheelchair accessible?

Betty  asked on  Aug 19, 2013

A:

From the merchant:

"Yes. Just keep in mind that some of the trail is grass and some of it is an uneven slate surface so you'll need to decide based on the equipment you have."
