What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I trained to teach yoga with Maty Ezraty in India where I learned about the powerful healing benefits that students can receive when practicing yoga the traditional way. It is my mission to share this truth with the HB community..
What do you love most about your job?
My job is to breathe, stretch, strengthen and reconnect mind, body and soul. One of the perks from practicing/teaching yoga is a lean, strong and flexible body. what is there not to love about my job?
