- Lower Kinnickinnic Kayak Trip
- Trips run Friday - Sunday
- For those seeking a bit more excitement, paddle through class I and class II rapids in the lower canyon of the Kinnickinnic River. The river has little to no development and is actively protected by the Kinnickinnic River Land Trust. The lower canyon has wider and swifter waters than the upper portion and has a few difficult turns along the way.
- Time: About 4 hours (speeds vary)
- Length: 8.2 miles
- Skill level: Medium (kayak experience recommended)
- Meeting location: 355 West Park Street, River Falls, WI. Follow Park Street to the end and park near the pickleball court. They are set up on the west side of the pickleball court and they have blue kayaks.
Both include kayak, paddle, PFD (not required), and shuttle service

About River Guide Kayaks
Great blue herons stalking the wildflowers along the Kinnickinnic River. Trout leaping out of the water to feed. Self-guided kayaking trips ease past these and more dramatic sites, which typify the undeveloped riverbanks throughout eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Each outing begins at a select meet-up point, from which guides provide shuttle service to and from the launch sites. River Guide Kayak's new location, The Nippersink Creek is a beautiful kayak river within a short distance of Chicago, Milwaukee, Kenosha, and Racine. Guests will meet staff at the Pioneer Landing, where they will be shuttled to Keystone Road landing in Richmond, Illinois.
