Fun class, Robert is great. Only downside is the locations. 92nd Street Y is the best location, the others not so much. Sometimes the classes are overcrowded.

Robert is an amazing motivator. He keeps the class interesting and never repeats the same sequence. I have shaved minutes off of my run times since adding DWR to my routine.
