During the Tombstone day trip, visitors will enjoy round-trip transportation to the Old West town that was home to Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday, the site of the shootout at the OK Corral, and more recently was featured on the television show “Ghost Hunters”. A tour guide will take them around town, and snacks and beverages are provided. Other attractions include the Bird Cage Theatre—home to a clock and bell that continue to keep time and chime despite any apparent source of power—and Boot Hill Cemetery. Other attractions not included in the tour but available an extra $5–$10 include the site of the shootout at the OK Corral, a tour of the silver mine, the basement of the Birdcage Hotel, stagecoach rides, and other old west attractions.
RME Tours wants to remove any reason a person might have to stay indoors. Based out of Arizona, the company dispatches guides and drivers that are experts in their respective excursions—whether it's skydiving out of a plane or leading a walking tour right into the Old West past of Tombstone, Arizona. Other guides hike for days deep into national parks and drive up and down Route 66, stopping at key spots along the way. If the American Southwest is too small for you, RME Tours can also set up cruises and international trips, and they'll even design custom tours if someone only wants to visit historic buildings that resemble dogs when you squint.
