About A Chat with Rob Gomez Guitar Lessons

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? I specialize in pop and modern music, and I'm also self-taught. Have been playing guitar since I was 7 years old, loving the Beatles, Blink 182, and New Order throughout my youth. Everything in between: From classic rock to punk, I'm your man to excite you and influence you about music, and the world in general. The potential clients who call me are usually ones looking for something different. I tend to stand out by incorporating a good deal of cinema, culture, music history, theory, and fashion into my teachings.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I believe starting my own businesses help control every aspect of what I have to offer. It’s much easier to get a personal insight on what the customer wants from such a permanent medium such as music. I feel this medium is too special and important to me that I'd rather most of my work be mine. I myself am of high quality. You can't even guarantee this working for someone else.

What do you love most about your job? Music is one of, maybe the, best things that has ever happened in this world. It is sublime beyond comprehension. My passion and intellect are obvious for the first minute you meet me. And I always want to include this in every lesson.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? It's when they get close to tearing up talking about music, and appreciate all the love and genuine effort to teach them about it. Every now and then I get a review that makes me tear up, and I’m reminded why I still love doing this. .... Pretty cool.
