What's Included: This private consultation which will cover your current fitness level, and any long/short-term goals you'd like to achieve. A mobility evaluation will also be done followed by a metabolic conditioning workout based on your current fitness level and mobility. During this one hour session you will set goals, warm up, stretch, and sweat!
