SCAM-DO NOT FALL FOR IT! They send you a code that they know won't work. In the original email it states, "Once the setup finishes the installation, open any office program (word, excel…) if it gives you an error saying “too many activations”. go back and choose to activate by phone and follow the Activation by phone guide in the video". LET ME JUST SAY IT IS NOT AN ERROR MESSAGE. It specifically states, "Your copy of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 cannot be activated because specific Product Key has already been activated the maximum number of times permitted for your software license as specified in the Microsoft Software License Terms." I also tried the phone method and it stated, "This product is already installed on another device." Additionally, they tell you to complete it within 24 hours to do it once receiving the code, otherwise contact them. I did do it within the 24 hours, however, it still didn't work. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a Lifetime License and it isn't even able to be installed once!

Is there lower than zero stars? I tried to download the link to find a warning that it could harm my computer. Seemed too good to be true, I feel totally scammed. As soon as I saw you had to hurry up and redeem within 24 hours, my gut told me I had been taken advantage of. sorely disappointed in Groupon. I tried to email them, but the "cancel" button was the only operational button, you could not "send." Don't fall for this one.
