The Fine Print
Order ramen at Roc-N-Ramen and you'll get much more than a bowl of noodles. That's because every bowl of shoyu or tonkotsu noodles is topped with braised pork belly, a seasoned soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and fresh scallion. Heaps of fresh ingredients can be found in the restaurant's non-ramen dishes, too. The oyako-don rice bowl features freshly grilled chicken over rice and eggs that, like the best slip-n-slides, are covered in a sweet soy sauce. Vegetarian, organic, and gluten-free options round out the menu alongside tea and sake by the bottle or by the glass.
