What You'll Get
Earth, an alluring enigma, is balanced in the void of space upon two poles over which it sensuously spins and ineffably shimmies. Harness the power of your polarity with today's Groupon to Rock 'N Body Pole. Choose between the following options:
- For $25, you get one intro class and two pole 101 classes at Rock 'N Body's Lutz location (a $75 value).
- For $35, you get one intro class and two pole 101 classes at Rock 'N Body's Tampa location (a $75 value).
Rock 'N Body Pole Studio's fleet of instructors enkindle self-confidence in the women that saunter through sassy weekly classes at both the Lutz and Tampa locations. Designed to ease ladies into the practice, the studio's trio of beginning courses require neither dance experience nor fitness prowess. Intro to Pole equips pupils with the sport's fundamentals, such as its signature footwork and a bag of sugar cubes to quell whinnying poles. Further fostering dance floor confidence, Pole 101–enrolled ladies pump up muscular strength and fine-tune their technique. These sessions also pile on performance, as participants master up to three spins while embodying the character of a dancing diva or a Capture the Flag champion. Most students take at least a quartet of Pole 101 lessons before enlisting in more challenging cha-cha styles.

About Brandi Land Pole & Aerial Studio Boutique
When Brandi Godcharles discovered pole dancing in 2010, she quickly put her writing career on hold to pursue her new passion. Since then, she's been teaching pole dance full-time, helping instill students with self-confidence while teaching them sultry new moves at Brandi Land Pole & Aerial Studio Boutique. During classes focused on movement and dance, Brandi and her fellow instructors walk pupils through pole basics—spins and floorwork, plus proper body alignment and grips. Once students have mastered those skills, they can move on to tricks classes, which teach dancers how to safely perform everything from static sitting poses to climbing the entire pole without the help of a stepladder. Besides group classes, the studio welcomes students for private lessons, and groups of friends can schedule a pole-dancing party.
