The staff welcoming to the Spa was exceptional. The staff treated us like royalty. The robes were lovely. The massage was intense and worth every penny. Anthony was a true professional and gave a great massage. My wife felt very comfortable.
Andrea was my masseuse. She was very intense and really addressed my long over due necessary massage.

Due to covid 19 regulations we were not able to have the couples massage. However. The accommodated us in separate rooms. The spa was very clean and the staff were so helpful. Every request I had they comforted. They charge gratuity at the regular price bot the groupon price so it was about $65 but definitely worth it. I would recommend if your staying at the hotel

We bought a groupon for the couples massage, but because of Covid, the spa wasn’t able to offer couples massages but they did deduct the groupon from the price of our massages! The rock spa at Hardrock was great! We had amazing massages and felt extremely safe with all the protocols they follow!! Amazing massages at an amazing price by using the groupon!! We will do this again!!

I booked the hard rock hotel for my husband birthday and purchased the 50 minutes couple massage. They charged extra about $67 the end for the service fee but that totally make sense. It was the first time for us to get the massage ever. We would definitely like to go back to the spa for the 80 mins next time :) (Plus, don’t forget to bring your swim suit for swimming pool amenity and book the appointment before you go)

Massage was good!! Book early time to enjoy amenities provided. Booked a couples massage but had to do separate due to Covid! Gratuity amount is a mandatory pre calculated charge that caught me off guard.
