Kari, my feet hurt when I first get up in the morning and I hobble until the "warm up" a little. Will MELT help me with this?

Hi Kim! It sounds like you have stiffness and tightening in the plantar fascia. That's the connective tissue that runs along the bottom of your feet, and overnight, that thick tissue tightens, making those first few (or more!) steps in the morning painful, until that tissue "warms up" and stretches. It's a pretty common ailment as we get older, many times starting in our forties and progressing from there. And yes, MELT is a great way to help this condition, because it rehydrates that connective tissue, keeping it from tightening up at night. Best of all, there are no drugs or expensive therapies involved, and once you learn it, you can do it at home whenever you want to. Hope this helps! Kari
