Q:

I purchased the $27 deal for myself and a gift for a total of $54 and I have my confirmation from yesterday but the groupon is not there. Do you have any way of checking with groupon to see what is up? Connie Sims. I can be reached at 616-550-5242

Hi Connie, I'm not sure what happened with your Groupon and I'm not qualified to answer that question, but I will contact Groupon for you and see if we can get you some help! Kari@RHA

Q:

I see that the total time of the visit is 60-minutes and includes more than a massage. How many minutes are included just the massage?

Alyssa R.  asked on  Dec 7, 2012

A:

Hi Alyssa, The total number of hands-on minutes depends on a number of things. If the patient has the required paperwork already filled out, and doesn't need too many assessment tests, we do the postural analysis and briefly go over the results. It could be 50 hands-on or 30, with the average probably being around 45 minutes. In Orthopedic Massage, the focus is on assessing the issue(s) and then treating that issue(s) based on the assessment, so you can see that an accurate assessment is critical and shouldn't be rushed. The effective treatment of the issue or issues is the key concern. Hope that helps! Kari@RHA

Q:

Is this deal for new patients only?

meggan k.  asked on  Dec 6, 2012

A:

Hi Meggan, It is for new patients only, but if you or someone you are getting a gift for are a patient of RHA already, just call or email the office at (616) 710-3273 or RockfordHA@gmail.com and I'll give you a special deal for returning patients. How's that? Kari
