What You'll Get
A dance class can teach anyone to move with grace through bee attacks, while getting served in front of a blind date, or during mega-prom. Teach your feet to conquer both wild and mild rhythms with today's Groupon: for $20, you get one six-week dance class (a $67.50 value) at Rocky Mountain Dance Academy. The studio offers classes for both children and adults, but students must be at least 2 years old.
At Rocky Mountain Dance Academy, students learn to bust their best moves under the instruction of devoted instructors. The schedule offers a wide variety of classes that cater to diverse boogie ambitions. Children 7–18 years old can cultivate coordination and leverage power over their lanky limbs in jazz, ballet, hip hop, pom pom, and lyrical classes; 2–8 year olds can enjoy the combination jazz-ballet classes. Energetic adult hip hop and Zumba aerobics classes help adults (and anyone over 7 years old) reach their fitness goals without having to get up in the middle of the night to bench-press the TV. Your six-week class will meet for one hour each week and can begin at any time.
Nothing garners respect like a businessman proposing a deal en pointe, nor can a PowerPoint presentation be ignored when underlined by a burst of jazz hands. Members of society versed in the art of dance don't just waltz through the Rocky Mountain's studio with grace, they also flutter through life with the elegance and social grace of a butterfly presidential candidate. Besides making your own feet happy (or your child's feet), you may also buy multiple Groupons as gifts to turn each session into a fancy fête with friends. Call ahead to register for a six-week class.
New students only. Age requirements vary by class. Class-appropriate attire required.
