Celebrity fitness trainer Roger Mack leads his signature R2|M2 boot-camp-style indoor fitness classes, which take place in 45-minute, 1,000-calorie sessions. These high-energy interval workouts intermingle body-weight exercises, weightlifting, and stamina work. A sample class, for example, might mix in jumping jacks, rope waves, kettlebell swings, and sled pushes, followed by some cool-down routines at the end. These workouts help increase metabolism, strength, and body definition. Classes are scheduled Monday–Friday at 5:15 a.m. and 6 a.m.; Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30 a.m.; and Saturdays at 8 a.m.
Roger Mack comes from a place of experience when he trains clients to overcome their obstacles, both literally and figuratively.
