Cooking on rocks is thought of as an ancient method. Rok Steakhouse & Grill, however, makes it a decidedly modern culinary technique. Here, guests receive their steak, poultry, and seafood dishes on 700-degree volcanic rocks. Those are far from the only sumptuous ever changing menu items available at the steakhouse, though.

• Appetizer: French brie is covered in macadamia nuts, panko, then roasted in the oven and plated with granny smith apples, cabernet reduction, honey, and crostini to form the macadamia baked-brie starter.
• Burger: The spicy california burger combines grilled Angus beef, ghost pepper cheese, avocado slices, green chilies, and sliced tomatoes on a brioche bun.
• Grilled entree: Among Rok Steakhouse & Grill's well-known dishes is the swordfish with sweet chili, featuring grilled swordfish finished with sweet chili sauce and served with rice pilaf and steamed vegetables.
• Chef's special: The teriyaki beef pot—one of Rok's specialties—places beef tips, broccoli, julienned carrots, and ginger-teriyaki sauce in a hot Rok pot that's cooked tableside and served with sticky rice.
