What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I outsourced my initial site to be built & wasted a lot of time & money. I was constantly at the mercy of web designers because I didn't understand the lingo or anything about building a site. So, I taught myself WordPress & now manage 3 of my own sites & have helped over 40 people get started.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others and hearing them say, " Oh wow thank you so much for helping me!" I didn't realize it was going to be this easy to have my own site and to monetize it and make money doing it.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a lady who was 55 years young and who was going through a major transition in life from a divorce, being a housewife, and starting over. She had an idea for selling some t-shirts but didn't know what to do to get started. I helped her set up a site and she had tears of joy.
