Patrick was extremely knowledgeable on the distilling process, and made it extremely interesting! My partner and I also had a great time tasting local made rums and vodka! As this was my first time at a distillery, Patrick explained things thoroughly and gladly answered any questions I had! If you have any time to spare, I would *highly* recommend paying them a visit! It’s more than worth it!
