Ron's Place has 32 craft beers on tap. It has plenty of beer cans, too, but most of them are empty. Displayed on shelves, these vessels are antiques amassed by the owners' globetrotting Uncle Ron, who graciously lends his collection and his name to the beer-focused restaurant. Every draft beer on the rotating list is American, and at least a dozen of them are brewed in Texas. The bar has a spirits selection that rivals its brew list, as well as a full food menu brimming with pasta and sandwiches. But Ron's Place is, first and foremost, a haven for beer lovers, with large communal tables and a regular Thursday-night Pint Night that invites sippers to sample brews from a souvenir glass.
