What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Roni's is a neighborhood pub with all the traditional favorites and a few nontraditional surprises. We feature grass-fed beef for our burgers, cage-free chicken breasts for our sandwiches, and the best wings in town, hands down. We also have a great selection of local beers to wash it all down.

What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Grass-fed burgers seared to perfection and served on a brioche bun. You will not find another burger this good in any bar in town.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My mother's nickname was Roni, and she is why we decided to open this restaurant. She believed in quality ingredients above all else. She did not cut corners, and neither do we.

What do you love most about your job?
We love the people that visit us. It's a different crowd every day, and we relish in the diversity of our neighborhood.
