Purchased a Groupon by mistake for Roosevelt's. It is best for people who want the full class experience. I had already taken the class years ago and was hoping to restart my terrarium with new plants. Thankfully, they allowed me to put the money spent on the Groupon towards new plants and supplies.

- A $25 Credit: In addition, you will arrive in class with a $25 credit* toward whatever terrarium you choose to plant. Each one includes extraordinary glassware, clean, healthy tropical plants, live mosses, and beautiful stones in order to create the terrarium you have always wanted

- Our No-fault Warranty: This is a terrarium you cannot fail with, because we won't let it fail -- ever. Your planting comes with our free no-fault warranty that never expires. This class was really fun! The instructor knew his stuff. It was great getting to learn about not just building a healthy terrarium, but also the history behind terrariums in the U.S and globally.
One thing to note. You will get a $25 credit to buy a jar. However, jars are marked up pretty high, I imagine to help cover the cost of volume of dirt/plants that can be added to them. No complaints here, just be prepared to spend a minimum of $50 in addition to the class fee.

I really had a nice time. It was quite informational, but I think they should be upfront about how much things cost. I was surprised that the cost was as much as it was. I think when you’re making your reservations, they should go over the charges or possible charges that you could have other than that surprise it was great.

This was such a fun experience! We got to learn the history of terrariums, how best to care for them and how to set them up. Dave was a wonderful instructor!
