About Roosters Men's Grooming Center

The year was 1999, and master barber Joe Grondin was nostalgic for a bygone institution. The barbershops of old were more than a place for a man to get his hair cut: they were a place to relax, share a conversation, and sneak a bite of the peppermint-flavored pole out front. But men's grooming establishments seemed to be a thing of the past—until Grondin founded his first Roosters in Lapeer, Michigan. The new-old trend caught on, and today, the throwback barbershops can be found coast-to-coast. The new-old trend caught on, and today, the throwback barbershops gussy up men coast-to-coast with timeless services.

  • Roosters Club Cut: A personal consultation and precision haircut are topped off with a shampoo massage, hot-towel treatment, and a touch of powder and aftershave on the neck.
  • Signature 7-Step Facial Shave: A hot towel with essential oils softens up stubble before an old-school shave, which includes a deep cleansing and toning treatment, skin moisturizer, aftershave, and talc.
  • Young Man's Cut: Better than a bowl cut, the kids' haircut tames cowlicks and sharpens hairlines on gentlemen-in-training.
