Medium to firm pressure is applied for soft tissue manipulation to release tension, while stretches are incorporated to help with range of motion, if needed. If choosing aromatherapy, it is incorporated with essential oils specific to the client’s preferences and concerns. While client comfort is my main priority, please bare in mind that my treatments are intended for relief of pain and discomfort. If relaxation is your only goal, my treatments may not be a fit.

Omayra has been a licensed massage therapist since 2014. She’s created an art out of her practice by combining her experience in deep-tissue, sports, medical, reflexology, and hot stone massage, along with healing energy work to create treatments tailored to each clients’ concerns. This passion for helping clients in their self care inspired Rooted Body Wellness, where holistic body work is delivered at the root, offered at 2 convenient locations; Sanford and Orange City.
