After doing a lot of research for an ideal massage and spa close to my home, I was delighted to find Rosemood Massage & Spa. Great reviews, and the energy of their space felt aligned. I booked a 90-minute massage with Grace in late March of 2025. As a writer and online course creator, I spend a lot of time at the desk. Despite extensive stretching and staying healthy, my neck and lower back tend to stiffen up, and I was looking to alleviate some of the ongoing pain. Grace did an absolutely amazing job. She helped alleviate extensive soreness in my neck and lower back. I had reconstructive surgery on my left ankle many years ago, and several sports-related injuries to my right ankle. Although they are fully healed, both ankles periodically flare up. Grace was also masterful at helping ease my ankle soreness. Overall, this was definitely one of the best massages I've experienced and I will definitely be returning.
