Ross is very knowledgable about acupuncture and other homeopathic approaches to health. I also appreciated his flexibility with re-scheduling an appointment when that became necessary. Adding neck massage & heat to the acupuncture therapy was a bonus and helpful. I would definitely continue making appointments w/ him except for needing to overcome distance & traffic to get to his office.
