What You'll Get
Children enjoy few perks; they don't get to go to work, they're forced to watch cartoons instead of entertaining documentaries about war atrocities, and their hands are too small for wedding rings or serious commitments. Reward your put-upon children with today's Groupon: for $5, you get a Fantasy Day Pass to Rotary Storyland & Playland (a $13 value). The park is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This Groupon does not include the $5 Roeding Park parking fee.
Rotary's neighboring amusement parks blend Storyland's Mother Goose tales and nursery rhymes with Playland's classic adventure rides. The Fantasy Day Pass grants admission and unlimited rides in both parks for one fantastical day building future memoirs. Storyland is a walk-through park that stokes imaginative fires with traditional stories such as King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, The Three Little Pigs, and Little Red Riding Hood , a cautionary tale about over-trusting your grandmother. Across the lake rests the alluring Playland, packed with 13 stomach-twisting and memory-making rides such as a historic carousel and the winding Dragon Coaster. For seven minutes, riders 16 and up can experience the Shipwreck Cove, a wickedly wet boat ride with views of the Tilt-a-Whirl and Willis B. Kyle Express Train, just a taunting preview of the fun to come.
The nonprofit Rotary Storyland and Playland has contributed more than $2 million to the community during the past 56 years, helping to support the Fresno Chaffee Zoo, purchase land for Woodward Park, and reassemble more than a dozen Humpty Dumpty imitators.

About Rotary Storyland & Playland
Since 1955, the Rotary Storyland & Playland have sparked young imaginations and earned a place in the hearts of generations in and around the Central Valley. Playland's classic amusement-park rides, such as a ferris wheel and a historic carousel, bring families together with merriment. During the hotter months, families keep cool at Splash Junction, located in the center of Playland. Guests enjoy classic carnival foods, including corn dogs, cotton candy, and shaved ice. Across the lake, Storyland takes a different approach to fun, with its interactive themed garden and playground inspired by classic tales, such as the legend of King Arthur and Alice in Wonderland.
