At Round 1 Boxing, burgeoning boxers and exercisers of all skill levels knock out their fitness goals with boxing, circuit training, and full-body conditioning classes and one-hour group training sessions. Personal pugilistic study sessions put students in the pit with experienced trainers for one-on-one boxing instruction. In 30 minutes, men, women, or children of any experience level can get an excellent cardio workout while learning to jab, uppercut, and rapidly tap A to avoid passing out. Classes in basic cardio boxing, intermediate extreme boxing, and advanced open-sparring sessions accommodate all experience levels six days a week. Kickboxers can find their footing in cardio kickboxing, packed with individual student-teacher interaction, or cardio boxing, a cardio-intensive introductory boxing class. Boxing Boot Camp melds fisticuffs with intense conditioning through the use of boxing bags, weights, sit-ups, and scrubbing floors with a toothbrush. The schedule is rounded out with circuit training and kids' classes in boxing and mixed martial arts, effectively ending the parental reign over the remote control.
