Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our workouts are fun, yet challenging. We do intervals for all of our workouts, so there’s no feeling left behind if you cant complete a certain number of reps, or need to modify a movement. We do progress checks and show you how your improving, we make workouts harder or easier when necessary.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients improve, weather its accomplishing a weight loss goal, or a strength goal like holding a plank for a full round or completing a full round of push-ups. Seeing your clients improve on what they have been working on is by far the best part of the job.
