Lady was 20 minutes late for first appt doors locked no one there. Was late again on the 2nd appt. I took time from work to go have this treatment done both times. The 3rdtime it was over 20 mins passed my appt and I had to leave and go back to work because she was so late I knew I would not have enough time to complete the appt and make it back to work. Did not apologize her response was “K”.
