Client Responsibility On The Day of Service

1. Please have a water spigot activated and accessible

2. Please have all items moved away from windows

3. Please remove all window screens

4. Please remove all storm windows

5. Please remove all air conditioning units

6. Please have all windows & doors shut tightly

Service Agreements

There is a $35 cancellation fee if notice is not given within 24 hours of service, or if we arrive and cannot wash due to steps 1-6 not being completed.

There is a $35 moving fee if any large items or window screens need to be moved by us to perform our services.

Deals are based on window panes, not windows (A window pane is a sheet of glass encased in a frame)
