What You'll Get
Exercising, like wild alligator wrestling, seems fun and challenging to do alone, but is best performed under the motivational influence of others and not in a swamp. Shape up with inspiration filling your peripheral with today's deal. For $30, you get five spinning, Pilates, or yoga classes (a $75 value) at RPM Fitness Studio, plus shoe rental (a $3 value per class) for spinning classes (up to a $90 total value). The boutique studio is a family owned and located in West Toluca Lake.
Spinning classes plop students atop adjustable state-of-the-art spinning bikes with 38-pound weighted front wheels, providing a high-intensity resistance workout that can burn an average of 500–900 calories per class. Because of the exercise's minimal impact on the joints, it's a good option for those recovering from injury or nursing chronic pains. The specialized bike shoes recommended for all spinning classes are included with your Groupon. Yoga and Pilates are both less intense workouts. Yoga features a series of traditional poses and breathing exercises to strengthen the body and mind, and Pilates combines gentle targeted exercises and stretches to build long and lean muscles, improve balance, and relieve physical and emotional stress. Stop in for a classic mat class for a challenging full-body workout, or attend a Power Pilates class to carve your hips, thighs, and abs like a muscular Thanksgiving bird.
Sisters Cynthia and Karyn Graham lead RPM's experienced team of fitness gurus in skillfully sculpting bodies into beautiful shapes reminiscent of Michelangelo's senior prom date, whom he carved from marble. The studio's class schedule is jam-packed with fun morning and evening classes, making it easy to squeeze in an invigorating workout before work, after work, or after after work. Once you've attended your first class, you have three months to attend all five.
RPM Fitness Studio understands that if you feel comfortable and confident at your gym, you're more likely to stay focused on your exercise goals. To make the experience as welcoming and homey as possible, the family-owned studio's entrance greets customers with cozy couches and friendly smiles; the only thing missing is an animatronic mom reminding you to stay hydrated and eat your broccoli.
Valid for new and current clients.
